This masterbatch is opmtimized and compounded by the efficient light stabilizing agent and antioxidant.which can markedly improve the aging-proof performance of PPanf PE,and prolong the use life.
B. FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
Efficently reduce the dagradation effect cauded by heat oxidation in the producing and molding process of polyolefin.Greatly slow the degradation effect caused by irradiation of ultraviolet radiation in the using process of polyolefin plastic products.
C. DOSAGE PROPORTION AND PERFORMANCE
According to the mixture structure and outdoor use condition of PP and PE,use the masterbatch in the proportion of 2-5%.If the filler is not used,add the madterbach in the proportionof 4%.Generally,the outdoor use life of the plastic products can beone and half years upwards.
D. PRECAUTION
Avoid using filling ingredients when prodcucing aging-proof polyolefin plastic products as you can as possible,or the performance of the aging-proof masterbatch will be influenced. |
