During the plastic processing and application process, static electricity accumulation is a common phenomenon. The migratory type products take effect several hours to several days after the product is formed, suitable for short-term applications such as packaging films and plastic bags; the long-lasting type products achieve permanent anti-static effect through polymer-based anti-static agents or conductive fillers, suitable for environments with strict requirements for static control such as electronic component trays and cleanroom equipment. Users can choose flexibly based on the expected lifespan of the product and the usage environment. 

Adapted to mainstream processes and resins

This masterbatch is based on polyethylene, polypropylene or EVA as the carrier and has good compatibility with the corresponding base resin. It can be applied to various molding processes such as blow molding films, injection molding parts, extrusion sheet materials, and hollow products. During the processing, there is no accumulation of precipitates, no stickiness of the rollers, no blockage of the screen, and the influence on the mechanical properties and transparency of the products is controlled within an acceptable range.

The Antistatic Masterbatch is supplied in granular form, without dust pollution. It can be simply mixed with raw materials in the set proportion and then put into production.
